Many may wonder what is up with the Links to the Band called 'Demon Hunter' but don't want to click on it thinking they are evil. I'm here to give you a preview and also tell you they are in fact Christian.

Starting a life changing process

So recently I started working out. Not just cardio, but lifting... I'm in the process of changing my body and making it stronger. Unlike in the past this process is not exciting, I'm keeping track of everything I can, all my lifts and weights... so I can see my gains. It's the best thing you can do, it's such a confidence builder.

I also started going to a barn in the middle of the country and taking part in a boxing workout. That is one of the best workouts I've taken part in. It's been a huge help to my chest and arms, as well as strengthening my knees. Soon I'll start posting all my lifts and where I started and where I am today along with my body measurements.
